We will hold a VessFire course for new users on the 14th and 15th of February 2012. The course will be held in Trondheim.

The course agenda will be:

Day 1

• Introduction to the subject
• Standards 
• Blowdown calculation procedure 
• Heat load and duration 
• Acceptance criteria 
• Theoretic basis 
• Example: Calculation results 
• The VessFire user interface 
• Practical exercise using Vessfire

Day 2

           Test case

• Familiarization with the case
• Clarifying any limiting conditions
• Technical Information for input
• Matrix set up of required simulations
• Simulations
• Results analysis
• Report
